Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at BMO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and leadership in the implementation of data governance frameworks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and classify data assets
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and libraries
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices
  • Identify and mitigate data-related risks
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, operations, or capital markets
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence at various levels
