Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Mobile Building Manager to join our site staff team. As a Regional Building Operations Support, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our buildings across the region, ensuring a consistent level of customer service for our residents. This role requires a multi-skilled individual who can thrive in a team environment and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and corridors, prepare apartments for new residents, and perform minor maintenance in plumbing and electrical.
  • Tenant Relations and Administration: Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly, maintain positive relations with tenants, and collect and record incoming rents.
  • Safety: Ensure resident safety and security at all times, respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies, and maintain fire safety logs and winter logs.
  • General: Follow an on-call schedule, maintain accurate stock control records, and perform other duties as assigned by the Area/Property Manager.
