Assistant Resident Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including grounds and common areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of properties, including grounds and common areas
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems
  • Supervise service providers and contractors and oversee the quality of work performed

Requirements:

  • Background in residential property management or related business experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
