POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • As a Specialist Business Systems, you will be specifically supporting the CPKC's Finance area of the business
  • The role requires advanced understanding of planning model development in SAP Business planning and consolidation & SAP Analytics Cloud modules, strong analytical skills and the ability to drive for insights from data
  • Understanding business requirements and provide a solution in the FP&A space; along with recommending best business practices moving forward
  • Partner and collaborate with the business stakeholders and the IT counterparts to provide solutions. You will analyze, understand and translate business needs into technical configurations that administrators and developers can use as guidelines for configuration and/or programming work
  • Implementing SAC within an organization, designing and building SAC planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs
  • Building P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow statements. Experience with SAC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Use functional knowledge of FI/CO processes and using Excel Add-in's: EPM and Analysis
  • Must have a good working experience with implementing CDS Views
  • Strong experience in design, troubleshooting and unit testing of backend components: ADSO, Info Objects, Composite Providers, Master Data, Transformations, User exits, Transfer/Update Rules, Multi providers and Process Chains
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player but also as a self-motivated individual. You'll be highly collaborative and open to new solutions/ideas., market, business and competitive trends to identify opportunities for product or system growth

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration (Finance, Accounting, Engineering) or related field
  • 7+ years of combined experience in Finance, accounting, FP&A systems or applications
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in SAP Business Planning & Consolidation and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions including Advanced reporting and input template design and creation, Script Logic/Business Rules, Modeling, Data Manager Packages, Security Administration, Security Transport
  • 5+ years of experience with product issue troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience scoping, design and solution implementation
  • 2+ years of experience with BPC System Administration and System Performance Tuning
  • 2+ years of experience and proficiency with SAP BW Modeling, SAP BW BEx Query
