Join Our Team as a Personal Support Worker

As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work in a fast-paced environment, forming meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and providing a range of support options to enhance their daily health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
  • Support residents with communication and connections, encouraging them to use sensory aids such as glasses and hearing aids.
  • Administer medication under the supervision of a registered health professional, with additional prescribed training.
  • Ensure residents have access to mobility and assistive devices, such as canes and walkers.
Requirements:
  • You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully.
  • You have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution, or you are an Internationally Educated Nurse with a degree in Nursing.
  • You are detail-oriented and proficient in procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatment and providing bedside care.
  • You exercise tact and diplomacy in working with seniors, their families, and general visitors.
