Reports to: Boutique Manager

Role Overview

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement
    • Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets, as directed by management.
    • Develop and implement annual action plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze boutique KPIs to optimize performance and profitability.
    • Set and track sales associate individual targets, providing feedback as needed.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
    • Provide exceptional client service to support sales growth.
    • Resolve escalated client issues and concerns.
    • Develop and manage new business development ideas through networking and event planning.
    • Create and lead events in the boutique to develop new clients and drive sales.
  • Team Management & People Development
    • Recruit and build a talent pipeline for the boutique.
    • Motivate and support boutique staff to achieve performance goals.
    • Drive performance and compensation management processes, including people development.
  • Boutique Operations & Administration
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Support annual store inventories and audits.
    • Oversee and prepare reports and provide strategic analysis for the boutique.
    • Manage T&E and boutique expenses.
    • Lead maintenance matters to ensure the boutique meets brand standards.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product selling required.
  • Experience with PR events and ability to network strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills required.
  • Experience with SAP desired.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate, and develop team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
