Tipco, a Canadian tooling manufacturer founded in 1959, seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with manufacturing experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience and is fluent in French.

The position will be based in Tipco's Ontario office.

Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, working with staff to provide customer service support, and assisting with sales quotes and purchase orders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales quote and purchase order preparation
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain and update customer files
  • Solve customer order-related problems

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Active listening and customer response skills
  • Report writing and correspondence skills
  • Mathematical calculation skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years manufacturing experience
  • Strong technical/mechanical aptitude
