Customer Experience Associate

Provide exceptional customer experiences, handle financial transactions, and support business objectives in a fast-paced banking environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our bank, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will be responsible for handling a range of financial transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to bill payments and account openings. Your goal will be to create a positive experience for every customer, every time.
Key Responsibilities:- Create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction
- Handle a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems
- Support the achievement of business objectives by supporting advice goals
- Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities
- Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
- Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment
- Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area
- Participate in personal performance management and development activities
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
