Physiotherapist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy, a leading healthcare provider in Ottawa, Ontario.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to work with our dynamic team, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.
**About the Job**
As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with neurological conditions, pain management, and vestibular rehabilitation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and utilizing e-charting software to document patient progress.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic
• Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
• Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
**Requirements**
• Graduated in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Completion of orthopaedic or neurological rehabilitation courses is a strong asset
• Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision
