We're seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Group. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage complex insurance cases and provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with junior team members to coach and mentor them in their insurance careers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
