About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sea Logistics Sales Representative to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the sea logistics product area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sea logistics services, including FCL, LCL, special equipment, consolidations, trans-loading, and drayage services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
