About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Case Worker to join our dynamic team at Simaril Inc. Support Living. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals, including advocacy and communication with team members, families, and external agencies.
  • Contribute to individual and program planning, ensuring that services are working towards achieving desired outcomes and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records, meeting all legislative and agency requirements.
  • Assist with monitoring the management of funds for individuals supported, as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of full-time Direct Support Work experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • DCSP (2-year program) or related Post-Secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word processing, email, and internet.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to reliable vehicle preferred.
