Operations Supervisor Moncton, NB Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team in Moncton, NB. You'll be part of a company that's not just a big player in transportation and logistics, but also renowned for their commitment to quality and integrity. Available Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Rate of Pay:
  • $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support operations staff
  • Create work schedules and procedures
  • Implement procedures, provide guidance, and ensure quality control
  • Show a high level of professionalism
  • Introduce enhancements to boost efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth functioning of computer equipment and machinery
  • Supervise a team of 8-10 individuals
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Five years of similar experience
  • Forklift experience/certification
  • Ability to comprehend financial data
  • Relevant college/university education is a plus
  • Prior involvement in the transportation sector is beneficial
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check is needed
