About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our Food Department at IKEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products meet IKEA's quality and safety standards, and implement measures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of food service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Menu Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of food inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and food quality.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
