Nous sommes maintenant à la recherche d'un Responsable de produit pour assurer la direction technologique d'Ericsson et nous assurer que nous avons la portée, la qualité, le temps et le coût appropriés pour les outils SANT CS.

En tant que Responsable de produit, vous aurez la charge de contribuer à la vision et à la stratégie du produit, de créer la feuille de route du produit, ainsi que de gérer et de hiérarchiser le backlog de l'équipe.

Le Responsable de produit est un membre de l'équipe agile et responsable des exigences et des demandes, de la définition des stories et de la hiérarchisation du backlog de l'équipe afin de rationaliser l'exécution des priorités ART, qui proviennent du chef de produit à travers la hiérarchisation du backlog produit/ART, tout en maintenant l'intégrité conceptuelle et technique des fonctionnalités ou des composants pour l'équipe.

Interfaces principales : Responsable de produit, Systèmes architectes, Gestion Dev Line , Scrum Masters, équipes agiles et clients.

Ce que vous ferez

• Membre de l'équipe agile, principalement responsable de maximiser la valeur fournie par l'équipe en s'assurant que le backlog de l'équipe est aligné sur les besoins des clients et des parties prenantes.

• Collabore avec la direction du produit sur la vision et la feuille de route du produit.

• Génère des risques liés aux produits, par exemple : risques de sécurité, risques de gestion des actifs, confidentialité des données, etc.

• Maintient et hiérarchise le backlog de l'équipe des user stories, en activant les stories et les défauts (tâches).

• Diriger la planification des itérations (avec le soutien du Scrum Master).

• Diriger l'amélioration du backlog de l'équipe et l'élaboration juste à temps des histoires d'utilisateurs et d'habilitations (avec l'équipe Agile).

• En tant qu'autorité de contenu au sein de l'équipe Agile, les histoires sont acceptées pendant les démonstrations d'équipe en fonction des critères d'acceptation et de la définition du terminé.

• Participe aux rétrospectives d'équipe et de niveau ART pour s'améliorer continuellement.

• Collaborer avec les architectes système et la direction des produits pour établir des allocations de capacité appropriées pour les récits d'utilisateurs, en permettant les récits et les travaux de maintenance par PI.

• Initier la présentation, l'examen et l'approbation de l'ITSAC

• Crée et gérer des demandes de ressources et de services de plate-forme informatique pour leur produit dans n'importe quel outil de référentiel Ericsson (ex. Replir).

• Responsable de l'exactitude des données PPM pour SANT Tools.

Vous apporterez


• Éducation : Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en informatique, ou dans un domaine similaire pertinent.

• Années minimales d'expérience : 5 ans de travail en tant que Responsable de produit (connaissance de la gestion de produits et du cycle de vie du développement de produits).

• Expérience dans le domaine : Infrastructure informatique, Sécurité, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systèmes d'exploitation, Processus, Projets de R&D, Projets informatiques.

• Connaissance approfondie des processus et des principes Agiles.

• Solide compréhension des pipelines d'intégration et de déploiement continus (CI/CD) et des outils d'automatisation.

• Solides compétences en matière d'engagement des parties prenantes et des utilisateurs et de gestion d'équipe.

• Expérience constante de travail efficace dans des environnements d'équipe en démontrant la capacité de collaborer avec des collègues pour atteindre des objectifs et fournir des résultats de qualité.

• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, en présentation et en leadership.

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.

• Bonne compréhension de la planification budgétaire, de la planification des ressources et de l'exécution des livraisons.

What you will do:

You will bring
  • Education: University degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar relevant field.
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years working as a Product Owner (knowledge of Product Management and Product Development Lifecycle).
  • Domain experience: IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Operating systems, Processes, R&D projects, IT projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
  • Strong stakeholder/user engagement skills and team management.
  • Consistent track record of working effectively in team environments by demonstrating the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver quality results.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of budget planning, resource planning and delivery execution.
