Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Insurance Customer Service Specialist to join our top-producing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them understand their insurance needs, and ensuring their policies are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide accurate, thorough, and friendly service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily administrative tasks, including billing, claims processing, and other related duties.
  • Insurance Servicing: Provide prompt and accurate servicing for existing clients' personal lines insurance plans, including auto and property insurance.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in daily lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Hold a General Level 1 Insurance License.
  • Industry Experience: 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
  • Cold Call Experience: Possess cold call experience (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, diligent, and hardworking.
