Smoke & Sow is currently seeking a full time sous chef to help manage our busy kitchen. We are seeking someone with strong experience in kitchens, preferably with managing experience. Daily staff meal provided, on site parking is free, staff discount for food and merch. We have a very fun and inviting team and workspace. Come check it out, we want you Duties include:
Daily food prep and service
Oversee and supervise kitchen staff
Assist with menu planning and execution
Ensure food quality and standards
Inventory and ordering weekly
Keep stations clean and compliant with food safety standards
