Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience through service and advice.
  • Financial Transactions: Complete a broad range of financial transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and/or other transactions, as necessary) in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Customer Concerns: Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Product Solutions: Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, and open a limited range of products and/or services for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Established customer service skills, broad knowledge regarding basic product suite of business supported, and ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
