Customer Service Associate responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor, and assisting customers in a safe and clean environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product location, and resolving issues.
- Review workload and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
- Work merchandise and stock picks to support customer availability.
- Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise.
- Print, set, and finalize modulars and merchandising areas.
- Complete section work and ensure modular integrity.
- Work recovery merchandise and complete zoning tasks.
- Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist and support other teams as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
