**Client Care Representative (Bilingual) Job Description**
**Summary:** Provide exceptional client service as a subject matter expert in life and critical illness insurance products, handling incoming calls and resolving inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

As a Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing expert advice and support to internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle incoming calls and respond to email inquiries with a high level of expertise and accountability
* Provide solutions to life and critical illness insurance related inquiries
* Work closely with other departments to resolve inquiries and learn about their roles
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role
* Previous experience in an insurance company or related medical field is an asset
* Superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients
* Excellent listening skills to facilitate positive outcomes with inquiries and irate callers
* Ability to handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
