Job Title: Personal Care Assistant Company: Outlook Health Centre

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Outlook Health Centre. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living to clients, encouraging optimum level of functioning.
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Requirements:**

  • Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
