About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Rare Disease Business Unit sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Rare Disease market
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute business plans
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on Rare Diseases
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
