Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee the operational functions of a retail store, motivate the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will link the leadership team and sales associates, providing support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence. You will model desired selling and customer service behaviors, promoting an environment focused on consistent, exceptional, and positive in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in operational functions of the store, including POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports
• Motivate the sales team to exceed goals and promote a customer-obsessed selling culture
• Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities
• Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store
• Assist in resolving customer service matters and oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations
• Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
• 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, luxury retail experience is a plus
• Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and viewed as a leader among peers
• Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated and available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays
