This role is for PME Inc. (an EllisDon Company).

You as a Construction Manager will:

  • Provide project management and construction methodologies to a project or portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
  • Lead and support project planning start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution, close-out, and EHS.
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a large team including the project management group.
  • Lead multiple projects from estimate to close-out.

Is this the right role for you?

  • 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in civil earthworks and underground utilities projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
  • Experience in light and heavy civil projects would be an asset.
  • PMP designation would be considered an asset.
