About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Leader to head our Integrated Business Planning Product Management Organization at SAP. As a key member of our Digital Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals and driving the strategic direction of our product management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial success for our Supply Chain Planning portfolio, focusing on our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead with customer adoption & satisfaction at every step of the way, monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and the board, working closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional work experience in Product Engineering or Product Management, around Supply Chain SaaS applications, preferably in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Proven track record in Product Management and/or Engineering leadership roles for state-of-the-art SaaS enterprise software solution providers.
  • Strong domain expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and solutions or related fields.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, proven executive presence including C-Level communication.
