Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the overall success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with responding to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals, while promoting TD Bank's products and services.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
