About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including merchandise, promotions, and sales
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making purchases
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
