Sales Associate

Join our team at Robson - Store 370 as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in promoting our core values. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships with them.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our company's future by:

  • Displaying a "customer comes first" attitude and ensuring customer loyalty is built and maintained.
  • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Contributing to the stores' success as a team player.
  • Performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
  • Staying up-to-date on our product and service updates.
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Adhering to all Loss Prevention policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
  • Self-starter with good judgment in all situations.
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products.
