Responsibilities
Assists General Management in the development of various files and follows up with stakeholders policies, standards and procedures;
Ensures the planning and administrative organization of the general management team;
Verifies the general management's administrative and decision-making files prior to presentation to decision-making bodies, and ensures that appropriate corrective action is taken where necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications and requirements :
A college diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies or equivalent;
Two (2) years' experience in a job that allows familiarization with the nature of the
nature of the job;
Knowledge of the municipal environment (an asset);
Knowledge of business correspondence;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English (City with bilingual status).
Skills :
Demonstrate initiative, organization, responsibility and judgment;
Analyze and find solutions to urgent and/or conflict situations;
Maintain and follow up on deadlines; analyze and synthesize facts; write clear, concise texts; tactful interpersonal relations.
