The Opportunity:


We are looking for a H&S Supervisor to lead the charge in maintaining top-notch safety standards on our client’s high-rise projects. In this role you will collaborate closely with project owners and contractors to develop innovative safety plans and protocols, fostering a culture of openness and vigilance.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Conduct toolbox talks and develop safety plans.
  • Support site managers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review contractor safety programs and address violations.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks on job sites.
  • Conduct regular safety training and review safety reports.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.


What You’ll Need To Be Successful:


  • 4+ years of construction safety experience with General Contractor in Highrise or midrise construction.
  • Deep knowledge of safety regulations and local laws.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
