RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and take part in Prep and assemble ingredients for production

Be a team player and show strong morale for team-work within the culinary team.

Participate in developing and menu planning and weekly specials along with the team

Manage time well, and ensure prep lists are executed efficiently

Maintain all standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.

Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

Follow stablished maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.

Rotate stock items as per established procedures

Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts

Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

REQUIREMENTS

Be an excellent communicator

Value being part of a busy and productive team

Be passionate about pastry

Have at least 1 year of professional pastry experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
