One of our major Government clients is looking for an AP Vendor Invoices Specialist (Oracle & Real Estate an Asset) Length: 5 Months contract with the possibility of extension Location: Toronto, ON - ONSITE OVERVIEW: There is an urgent task to clear the backlog of invoices, and on average Controls receives approximately 310 new invoices monthly that require to be processed and paid within 30 days. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to): Administer the invoice process and compile support documentation: - Track payment of vendor invoices. - Review invoices to ensure consistency with approved quotes. - Maintain invoice records and trackers. - Prepare status reports in accordance with key performance indicators. - Track spending of budget against approved quotes. - Update accrual summaries. QUALIFICATIONS: - Secondary school diploma or equivalent - 2 years' experience with invoice processing, preferably with knowledge in real estate, project coordination and management or related field - Unifier as an asset URGENT: Please read the job description above.
