With a strong entrepreneurial vision, and a desire for continued growth, the company has a love for what they do, which is evident in the work they accomplish in regards to both customers and employees alike.


The National Credit Manager is responsible for a large and diverse portfolio requiring excellent credit risk management skills, expertise in customer security agreements along with strong process and systems knowledge. This role will collaborate with the Supervisor, Credit on setting credit policies, monitoring credit lines, and collecting on past due and problem accounts.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Minimize and manage credit risk of customer accounts
  • Oversee collection of corporate and independent pharmacy accounts
  • Evaluate potential customers’ creditworthiness
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure all credit related matters are addressed in a timely manner
  • Establish credit policies and procedures that are consistent with industry standards and company goals
  • Monitor and manage customer credit limits, making recommendations for changes when necessary
  • Demonstrate initiative to streamline processes and implement controls to ensure completeness, accuracy and efficiency


Requirements


  • 5+ years Credit experience in a Leadership position
  • National or Multinational organization experience
