CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Relevant du chef de l’équipe de conception, le designer sera responsable du processus de développement créatif, de la réception des briefs des clients à la livraison de designs convaincants qui s’alignent sur les perspectives et les besoins de la marque.


LES TÂCHES COMPRENNENT (MAIS SANS LIMITATION)

  • Recevoir les briefs clients et les traduire en stratégies de développement créatives.
  • Appliquer la perspective de la marque à la recherche et au développement, en veillant à ce que les designs trouvent un écho auprès du public cible.
  • Proposer et soutenir la création d'histoires, de moodboards inspirants, de cartes de couleurs et d'échantillons pour de nouveaux concepts aux côtés de la direction du design.
  • Responsable du développement des CADs, sketching et de la recherche de conception.
  • Proposer des tissus et garnitures adaptés à chaque client.
  • Soutenir la création de packs techniques selon les besoins de conception.
  • Prendre en charge les exigences de saisie de données dans PLM (BlueCherry) et mettre à jour si nécessaire pour tous les styles, selon les directives du chef de l'équipe de conception.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour s'aligner sur les délais, les objectifs et les livrables du projet.


EXIGENCES

  • Baccalauréat en design de mode ou domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conception ou dans un rôle connexe.
  • Forte compréhension des tendances de la mode et du comportement des consommateurs.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de CAD (par exemple, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Maîtrise des systèmes PLM (BlueCherry de préférence).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à respecter des délais serrés.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Reporting to the Design Team Lead, the Designer will be responsible for the creative development process, from receiving customer briefs to delivering compelling designs that align with brand perspectives and needs.


DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Receive customer brief and translate them into creative development strategies.
  • Apply brand perspective to research and development, ensuring designs resonate with target audience.
  • Propose and support the creation of story, inspirational mood boards, color cards and samples for new concepts alongside Design leadership.
  • Responsible for developing CADs, sketching and design research.
  • Propose fabrics and trims suitable for each customer.
  • Support the creation of tech packs according to design needs.
  • Support data entry requirements into PLM (BlueCherry) and update as required for all styles as directed by Design Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.


REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in design or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in PLM systems (BlueCherry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
