American Express is seeking a Paralegal – Legal Affairs to join their growing team in North York. The successful candidate will focus on reviewing and drafting marketing and other customer-facing materials and will work across the Canadian business lines and collaborate with other legal professionals to provide advice and guidance on regulatory and consumer protection matters. You will also have the opportunity to support on product launches and sit on project teams.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience reviewing complex marketing and advertising materials, coming from a leading firm or in-house environment, and have excellent communication skills. A law clerk or paralegal certification would be considered an asset and experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
