Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing the online presence, direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, and digital marketing initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms, including liaison with external agencies and management of Amazon operations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. E-commerce Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet industry standards and company objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, design, and customer service to implement website enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the online shopping experience.

- Manage product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.


2. Amazon Operations:

- Manage the brand's presence on Amazon, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and inventory management.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance product visibility, and improve the brand's ranking on the platform.

- Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities for growth.


3. DTC Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, target audience, and market trends.

- Utilize customer segmentation, data analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

- Implement innovative marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and conversion.


4. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights to enhance ROI and achieve KPIs.

- Collaborate with external agencies to manage digital advertising, creative development, and other marketing initiatives.


5. Brand Management:

- Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring messaging, imagery, and content reflect the brand's values and identity.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

- Proven track record of 3+ years in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, along with experience in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Experience managing Amazon operations and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
