Job Responsibility

Primary interface to customers for the implementation of Sycamore Informatics solutions. This includes aligning customer strategic and project requirements with Sycamore Informatics products and ensuring the best match between customer technical and business processes with specific product functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Use in depth knowledge of clinical trial data and metadata to document the alignment of business and technical processes with Sycamore Informatics product user stories and requirements
  • Consults with product team to identify, define and document configuration specification for specific business and technical needs
  • Develops and executes configuration scripts to configure Sycamore Informatics products
  • Collaborate with customer implementation team to ensure required quality processes and documentation are generated
  • Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
  • Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching customer professional and technical staff
  • Develops training materials and conducts formal training sessions
  • Acts as main point of contact and Service Representative for managing customer requests
  • Post-implementation, conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of major versions of Sycamore Informatics products.
  • Monitors changes to customer processes and identifies opportunities for improving customer business processes
  • With the project manager, provides work direction to one or more technical staff or acts as a team lead on designated projects or assignments.
  • Researching medical information and clinical trial data
  • Interpreting and summarizing complex medical concepts
  • Indepth understanding and experience of creating medical documents such as clinical trial protocols
  • Reviewing clinical trial protocol sections.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for medical documents
  • Working with various software programs for document creation and management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience with clinical operation, medical writing domain
  • Strong working knowledge of the clinical research process and standards
  • Experience in Professional Services or Consulting capacity
  • Working knowledge of software development processes
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Team leadership skills across functional areas
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
