YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:


  • Client Relationship Management
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Administering mental health assessments, onboarding clients, and training internal champions for facilitation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external business partners, clinicians, and stakeholders while gathering and applying feedback to enhance program success.
  • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
  • Collaborating with the President to implement assessments, educational programs, and environmental design.
  • Leading or participating in leadership meetings, working groups, and exploring new business opportunities and markets aligned with the framework’s services.
  • Reporting on program success, key performance indicators, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Providing supervisory support to co-op students involved in the program.
  • Program Development and Innovation
  • Organizing and executing events to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and support the program’s effectiveness and performance.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, technology, and innovation to ensure the program remains relevant and forward-thinking.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification (ex. mental health or project management) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role, with a track record of managing relationships, achieving successful outcomes, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects, frameworks, and market research.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of mental health and wellness in a corporate or organizational context, and proficiency with related assessment tools and onboarding processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and build positive relationships with clients, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and host events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising team members or co-op students is an asset.
  • Technical proficiency with office software (ex. Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
