  • Prepare project take off packages, review and identify changes, cost, material, equipment and labor ,Ensure all projects meet compliance standards (CSA, CEC, ULC)
  • Assist in the preparation of scope definition, contract documents, subcontract administration and vendor relations


Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years estimating experience in the construction industry
  • MUST have estimating software experience, preferably Accubid software
  • MUST have mechanical estimating experience with piping and plumbing
