Infrastructure & Reliability Lead


  • Primary Focus: Building, managing, and ensuring the reliability of the infrastructure and services. This team handles both system design, deployment, and reliability.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud).
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of critical systems.
  • Implement and optimize automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring solutions.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and system reliability improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Security team to ensure systems are secure by design.
  • Lead infrastructure-related projects and upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Team Structure:
  • SRE (Software Engineers): Focus on automation, monitoring, and ensuring system reliability.
  • SRE (Systems Engineers): Handle infrastructure setup, maintenance, and overall system architecture.
  • SRE (Cloud Engineers): Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency.
  • SRE (Network Engineers): Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network architecture.
  • Collaboration:
  • SRE’s on infrastructure reliability, automation, and performance optimization, ensuring that systems are both reliable and scalable.
