- Ascertain that the group follows safety protocols and corporate rules, is driven, and has the necessary tools.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management from a moving or logistics company.
- A bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Strong communication, organising, and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to solve problems and pay attention to details.
- Familiarity with software and technologies unique to the sector.
- Experience of dealing with laws and practises pertaining to moving services.
