PrecisionERP/IT Inc. is recruiting for a Senior IT Contracts Management consultant to assist with the assessment of existing and/or new IT contract agreements, provide recommendations and guidance in monitoring performance of contracts, RFP's and SOW's to ensure compliance.


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • MUST have 10 years of Information Technology (IT) industry experience.
  • MUST have 5 years of experience developing & managing technology contracts (goods and services).
  • MUST have 5 years experience writing procurement and contract artefacts for technology goods and services.
  • Knowledge of IT categories, including software, hardware, Cloud services and IT consulting.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle and category management principles.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, Contract Law, Cloud contracts and IT service level agreements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex contract requirements.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Supply Chain certification, such as APICS/SCMP considered an asset.


DUTIES:

  • Providing guidance during the development of procurement details for technology goods and services.
  • Conduct quality review of procurement details for technology goods and services.
  • Working closely with IT stakeholders, assist in the development of procurement artefacts for technology goods and services.
  • Provide contact negotiation consultation to IT contract managers.
  • Conduct review and assessment of existing IT contracts (goods & services) and provide recommendations as appropriate.
  • Consult, analyze and evaluate existing IT contracts, and document contractual requirements for new contracts and renewals.
  • Identify contract lifecycle, including schedule, renewal, expirations.
  • Develop (and track) contract (procurement) status.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
  • Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain, monitor, and record information in database/repository utilized for IT contracts.
  • Meet schedules and time lines.
  • Be a flexible, resourceful and creative problem solver.
