We are seeking a dynamic customer service representative to join our team
Are you looking for a new challenge within a growing company? Our customer support representative plays a key role in supporting our e-commerce and shipping departments by liaising with our current and potential customers on their inquiries and orders. Working in a fast-paced office environment, our bilingual customer service representative will primarily communicate with our clients via email and chat in both English and French. This is not a call center environment.
*Possibility of working from home after training period.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries (email, chat, and phone) throughout the sales cycle (from research to delivery)
- Resolve customer issues pertaining to orders
- Communicate with suppliers regarding inventory availability and shipping delays, and promptly and accurately relay this information to customers and relevant team members
- Direct technical inquiries to our in-house lighting specialists
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience with Shopify (a plus)
Additionally, our ideal candidate will be:

Ce n'est pas un environnement de centre d'appels.

Les principales responsabilités comprennent:
- Communiquer avec les clients et répondre à leurs demandes (e-mail, chat et téléphone) tout au long du cycle de vente (de la recherche à la livraison)
- Résoudre les problèmes des clients relatifs aux commandes
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs concernant l’inventaire et les délais d'expédition, et relayer rapidement et avec précision ces informations aux clients et aux membres de l'équipe concernés
- Traitez numériquement les commandes en ligne
- Transmettre les questions techniques à nos spécialistes en éclairage internes
Notre candidat idéal aura:
- Expérience de service à la clientèle d'au moins 1 an
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Expérience avec Shopify (un atout)

- Bilingue (anglais et français, parlé et écrit)
