Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior Lean Consultant located in Toronto, but supporting customers across North America. The Senior Lean Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, coaching and mentoring client teams, and developing Lean management solutions. The Senior Lean Consultant will also oversee project management and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lean Management and Operational Excellence
  • Practical operational leadership experience preferably gained in a leading manufacturing organisation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain & distribution, Lean facility layouts, Lean services, SMEs, or food & agriculture is highly desirable.
