As a consultant, you'll join a team of seasoned search professionals, many of whom have worked together for decades. We foster a continuous learning and improvement culture where we all benefit from each other's expertise. While some of our practices are firmly established, others are still evolving.
Mandrake primarily operates on a retainer basis but also offers a non-retained service through its subsidiary, Mandrake Connect Our search work primarily focuses on senior executive roles, but we also lead searches for senior manager-level positions to meet our client’s diverse hiring needs.
Your responsibilities as a Consultant will include prospecting new business, building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and developing a professional network that leads to new business opportunities.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in executive search.
- A desire to build a substantial search practice.
