FI Group is an international innovation consulting firm seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Montreal. FI Group currently operates in 13 different countries and has over 1,400 employees
Responsibilities:
FI Group has known strong growth since its creation and keeps growing day after day while maintaining a proximity corporate culture. To support this objective and achieve our sales team goals, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong sales acumen who possesses a genuine passion for the high-tech industry and IT sectors.
- Generate leads and close sales by researching the market and cultivating your own personal network.
- Maintain close contact with the technical team, external professionals, and associations to identify and develop business leads through referrals.
- Manage the entire sales process for all business leads.
- Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings for qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycles to close sales.
- Identify and understand prospects’ business climates, challenges, strategic needs.
- Develop a true-value proposal to positively impact opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and penetrate new markets.
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics/Finance, engineering, or tax-related experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience or a minimum of 2 years selling consulting services to mid-market clients. Prior work experience with a large consulting firm is a plus.
- A proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business leads, open doors, and manage the sales cycle.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, independent thinker, and a strong sense of initiative.
- Full Bilingual (French/ English).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of business integrity and ethics.
- Experience with CRM (Microsoft dynamics or Salesforce) is preferred.

Responsabilités:
- Générer des opportunités et conclure des ventes en recherchant le marché et en cultivant votre propre réseau personnel
- Maintenir un contact étroit avec les équipes techniques internes, les professionnels externes et les associations sectorielles pour identifier et développer des opportunités commerciales par le biais de recommandations
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de vente pour toutes les opportunités commerciales
- Identifier les décideurs, planifier des rencontres avec les prospects qualifiés et mettre en œuvre les techniques et cycles de vente appropriés pour conclure les ventes
- Identifier et comprendre les environnements commerciaux, les défis et les besoins stratégiques des prospects
- Développer une proposition de valeur réelle pour avoir un impact positif sur les opportunités
- Gérer les relations avec les clients existants
- Travailler avec la direction pour développer des stratégies de vente/marketing et pénétrer de nouveaux marchés.
Exigences/qualifications :
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent en comptabilité, administration des affaires, économie/finance, ingénierie de conseil ou expérience liée à la fiscalité
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente ou un minimum de 2 ans dans la vente de services de conseil à des PME. Une expérience professionnelle antérieure dans un grand cabinet de conseil est un plus.
- Expérience avérée dans l'utilisation d'une méthodologie de vente pour générer des opportunités commerciales, ouvrir des portes et gérer le cycle de vente jusqu'à la signature du contrat
- Très motivé, axé sur les résultats, autonome et pro-actif
- Bilingue français/anglais
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Haut niveau d'intégrité et d'éthique commerciale
