Responsibilities


This is an exciting time at GoodLeaf Farms as we are currently ramping up in every way. We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in a manufacturing / CPG environment, and have a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Manage a diverse range of positions, including both salaried and hourly roles, within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with candidates, team members, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive recruitment environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, to support recruitment efforts during peak periods.


Qualifications & Educational Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for both salary and hourly positions, in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and demands of recruiting in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
