About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Recruitment Partner to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving business growth for our range of staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients while collaborating with fellow Nichers to achieve shared goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, and industry events.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit by reviewing resumes, portfolios, and applications.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and potential for success in creative, digital, and marketing roles.
  • Maintain meticulous records of candidates, ensuring that all details, including contact information and application materials, are current.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for clients, preparing tailored questions and facilitating effective interview processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Establish trust and rapport by providing comprehensive information about client companies, job roles, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messaging that clearly communicate clients' needs, job responsibilities, company culture, values, and unique selling points.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Niche Client Solutions team and clients to understand needs, offer insights on market trends, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, keeping the Client Solutions team informed of recruitment progress.


Market Research

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights related to creative, digital and marketing roles.
  • Share valuable information with the team and hiring managers to guide recruitment strategies.


Account Management Skills

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating with hiring managers.
  • Utilize exceptional presentation and negotiation skills to promote our talent and manage client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up promptly on all scheduled interviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in creative, marketing, and digital recruitment.
  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and specific recruitment strategies for creative and marketing roles.
  • Provide insights and guidance to clients, hiring managers, and internal teams regarding market trends and effective recruitment approaches.


Industry Events

  • Actively engage in industry events, conferences, and professional associations related to creative, digital, tech, and marketing fields.
  • Build a strong professional network and leverage connections to attract top talent.


Meetings, Process, and Development

  • Participate in director-level meetings to share insights and recommendations for improving business growth and team development.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5 years minimum) in a recruitment capacity with client-facing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian marketing and creative landscape with an understanding of creative, marketing and digital roles and functions within these organizations.
  • Experience with fostering relationships, negotiating, and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inform and engage at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to come to our office in Liberty Village 1-2 days per week and be available to attend meetings, conferences, etc. when required.
