We are looking for someone with a strong background in the sectors of Finance, Technology or SaaS.
The Role
The role’s primary focus is to develop and execute outreach strategies to enhance BCA’s reputation and brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Communications & Media Relations, Sr. Manager is responsible for media relations, content creation, and managing global PR efforts through agencies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day to day responsibilities of all media relations efforts.
- Work with marketing team to create PR programs in support of strategic objectives to realize a variety of special projects and custom communication and presentations.
- Write press releases.
- Manage and respond to inbound media request.
- Conduct outbound media pitching to global media – print and broadcast.
- Manage social media to amplify media presence and news.
- Manage global agency(ies) who support our brands with media relations across Americas, EMEA and APAC.
- Proactively seek out industry conferences/awards opportunities and manage submissions.
- Understand how media and our customers perceive our value; enhance how media and customers perceive the value of our products and/or recommendation.
- Create a variety of communications tools, including but not limited to, presentations, news releases, pitches and partnership decks.
- Support BCA Research product launches and executive visibility.

- Number of awards received and industry rankings.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in communications, Public Relations or Marketing. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in B2B.
- Experience in Financial Industry required.
- Impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong media relations skills with established industry contacts.

La personne titulaire de ce poste a pour responsabilité principale d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sensibilisation afin d’améliorer la réputation et la marque de BCA. Relevant du(de la) directeur(-trice) du marketing, cette personne est chargée des relations avec les médias, de la création de contenu et de la gestion des relations publiques à l’échelle mondiale par l’intermédiaire d’agences.
Principales responsabilités :
- Prendre en charge les responsabilités quotidiennes inhérentes à toutes les activités de relation avec les médias.
- Créer, en collaboration avec l’équipe du marketing, des programmes de relations publiques à l’appui des objectifs stratégiques afin de réaliser une variété de projets spéciaux et de communication spécialisés et des présentations sur mesure.
- Rédiger des communiqués de presse.
- Gérer les demandes des médias et y répondre.
- Mener des activités de communication auprès des médias internationaux (presses écrite et parlée).
- Gérer les médias sociaux pour augmenter la présence auprès des médias et dans l’actualité.
- Gérer les agences mondiales qui soutiennent nos marques par l’entremise de relations avec les médias (Amériques, Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique et Asie).
- Rechercher de manière proactive les occasions de conférence et de remise de prix dans l’industrie, et gérer les candidatures.
- Comprendre comment les médias et nos clients perçoivent notre valeur; améliorer la façon dont les médias et les clients perçoivent la valeur de nos produits et/ou de nos recommandations.
- Créer une variété d’outils de communication, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, des présentations, des communiqués de presse et des dossiers de partenariat.
- Contribuer aux activités de lancement de produits et à la visibilité de la direction de BCA Research.

Expérience, compétences et aptitudes clés :
- Scolarité : baccalauréat (B.A.) en communication, en relations publiques ou en marketing; une maîtrise ou une attestation pertinente constitue un atout.
- Expérience : cinq (5) ans dans une fonction similaire, de préférence interentreprises.
- Une expérience dans le secteur financier sera considérée comme un atout.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en rédaction, révision et correction d’épreuves.
- Solides compétences dans le domaine des relations avec les médias et contacts établis dans l’industrie.
