  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service to drive volume and revenue growth.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions, exceeding expectations through a proactive and professional demeanor.
  • Sales Acumen: Confidently engage in cold calling, negotiation, and sales presentations to secure new business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Performance Management: Meet or exceed KPI targets, sales quotas, and deadlines.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize revenue generation.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with clients through various channels (personal visits, phone, email) to explore new opportunities.
